We strive to educate young people who know their history, recognize their identity, are non-prejudice and well equipped, capable of making a difference in society, and are open to knowledge and innovation.
Academic Works
We deal with interdisciplinary concepts such as individuality, society, responsibility, freedom, justice, and establish connections with daily life. In Turkish-Literature, English, and History lessons, we examine European Jewish History, Turkish Jewish History and support our studies with related books.
Jewish Culture Education
Our educational program covers Jewish values, principles, different perspectives of our culture, history, religion, and language. Students conduct interdisciplinary studies on historical events, cultural values, people, and ideas.
Global Classroom Project
This project is carried out online in cooperation with schools in Los Angeles, Mexico City, Montevideo, Johannesburg, Haifa and Budapest. Students discuss the ideas and works of famous scholars.
Holocaust Commemoration Ceremony
Our students, who have learned universal values such as justice, human rights, freedom, and genocide, organize a Holocaust Memorial Ceremony at our school every year.
Poland Trip-March of The Living
Every year, our 11th-grade students go to Poland to participate in the March of the Living event. Our students witness history by visiting concentration camps, ghetto areas, and synagogues.
Holiday Celebrations
Religious holidays are an essential part of our culture. We organize celebrations and teach students about Jewish principles such as love, respect and solidarity, traditions, and customs.
Cultural Exhibitions
We host international exhibitions such as Anne Frank, Jews in Gallipoli, Jews in the Polish Army, Jewish Athletes in our school’s gallery.
J-Day
We invite guest speakers who are experts in their field to give presentations and discuss Jewish history and values with our students.
